Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or completing a consultation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Morecambe is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Morecambe, United Kingdom (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide weight management consultations and, where clinically appropriate, prescription and over-the-counter weight loss treatments to eligible patients.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment to any individual where it is clinically inappropriate or where information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading. Providing false information may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our prescriber will assess your submission and may request additional information or decline your request if treatment is deemed unsuitable.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only with Pharmacy Weight Loss Morecambe unless otherwise stated. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already placed and approved will be fulfilled at the price confirmed at checkout.
We do not store card details on our systems. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only. While we endeavour to meet delivery estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services outside our control. Medicines will be dispensed and packaged in accordance with GPhC and MHRA standards.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by the pharmacist and dispatched. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of medicinal products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (regulation 28(3)).
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
The information provided through our service is for general guidance and does not replace professional medical advice. If you experience any adverse effects or reactions, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
